Staff Attendance
A badge kiosk at the door checks staff in and out. Shift schedules set each day of the week independently, and late arrivals and overtime are calculated against them automatically.
Staff Portal
Each team member signs in with their own PIN to see today's tasks, swipe to start and finish a service, and check their finished work and rating for the month, all from their own phone.
Consultations
A beautician or specialist checks a client and proposes several priced service plans back to the front desk, so a client who can't afford the first option has a cheaper one ready.
Service Ratings
Rate each finished service from the customer profile once the client is back at the counter. Ratings show to the staff member in the portal and roll up into a general rating on their profile.
Daily Entry & Reconciliation
One page pulls the day's takings, expenses, director's loans and transaction costs into a single closing figure. Enter the cash you counted and any variance is flagged the same evening, while it can still be explained.
Banking
Cash in hand and every payment channel — M-Pesa, bank, card — shown side by side and reconciled together. Transfers between accounts are recorded on both sides with any fee captured as a real cost.
Bookings & Services

Curtains & Fabric
For shops that sell by the metre. Record fabric as a stock sheet the way it already gets written on paper, count it roll by roll or as total metres, cut against it on an order, move rolls between branches, and sell accessories like tracks and hooks alongside it.

Send a campaign to your customer list by SMS, with delivery tracked per recipient and opt-outs recorded against the customer and honoured automatically on everything you send afterwards. Included on every plan.
Audit Trail
Who changed what, and when, written by the database as the change happens rather than by the screen that made it. Sign-ins, failed sign-ins and file downloads are recorded alongside record changes, so a figure that moved can always be traced back to a person.
