Upload a CSV of counts and they fill the Counted column, so a count done on paper or in another tool is checked the same way.

Each stock check is saved with who counted what and when, so a difference later can be traced to its count.
Questions about stock taking and rapid entry
Do the people counting need an Owwel account?
No. They scan the session's QR code and count from their phone's browser. Their counts appear in your session as they go.
Can I check the counts before stock changes?
Yes. Nothing changes until you save and adjust, and the grid can show only the products whose count differs from the system.
Can I add new products during a count?
Rapid Entry adds new products, with their opening stock, in the same grid, and a teammate's scan of an unknown barcode can become a new product there.
