Know who came in, and when
Owwel's staff attendance uses a kiosk by the door where staff check in and out with their badge. Each person's shift can differ by day of the week, and late arrivals, early leaving and overtime are calculated against it automatically, so attendance is known every day rather than discovered on payday.
How it works
A kiosk by the door
A tablet runs the kiosk and stays signed in as a device, so it keeps working for months without anyone logging in.
Shifts per weekday
Saturday can have different hours from a weekday, per person.
Late and overtime worked out
Every check in and out is compared with the shift, and reports show who was late and who stayed on.
