Staff, roles and commissions
Your team, with the access they need
Owwel gives every team member their own username and password and only the features you allow, branch by branch. Each sale records who made it, and each line can name the staff member who served it, so commission is calculated from real sales and paid out into expenses rather than worked out by hand.
How it works
Permissions per feature
Choose for each person whether they can view, create, edit or delete in each part of the system, per branch.
Who sold what
The seller of a sale, and the staff member on each line, are recorded, so performance and commission rest on facts.
Commission into the books
Pay out commission by cash or mobile money and it is written into expenses, so it never sits outside the books.
Every change has a name
The audit trail records who created, changed or deleted what, and when.
Questions about staff, roles and commissions
Do staff need their own email?
No. The owner creates team members with a username and password, and several can share one inbox for sign-in codes.
Can I hide profit from staff?
Yes. Cost prices and profit are only shown to the owner and to people given that permission.
