Pricing questions
How much does Owwel cost?
Every account starts with a fourteen-day free trial of the full product, with no card required. After the trial a subscription runs for one year and is arranged directly with us, which lets us quote fairly across markets and currencies. Contact us and we will confirm the price for your setup.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You sign up with an email address and get the complete product for fourteen days. Nothing is charged automatically and there is no card on file to forget about.
Are features locked behind a higher tier?
No. There is one plan and it includes everything — point of sale, stock, expenses, staff, bookings, reports, team permissions and the files vault. We would rather you use the whole product than pay to unlock the part you needed.
How many team members can I add?
As many as you need. Team members are unlimited on every account, and each one gets a role you define with permissions granted feature by feature.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Nothing is deleted. The account drops to read-only, so you can still open your books and export anything you need, but recording new entries pauses until you renew. Everything becomes writable again the moment the subscription is active.
